Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level architecture for our core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and technical strategy sessions to drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) and integrate relevant advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed system implementations.
- Experience with high-availability systems and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
