Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- System Design & Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, distributed systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and navigate ambiguity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
