Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, offering recommendations for Atlanta attractions and dining
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnarounds
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams to ensure seamless guest services
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk experience in luxury or boutique hotel environments
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Georgia hospitality certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism landscape preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
