Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy, exceeding service expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize Opera property management system for room assignments and inventory control
- Process payments, handle foreign currency exchanges, and maintain financial records
- Actively promote resort amenities and events to enhance guest engagement
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card (will assist with application process)
