Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of autonomous learning and adaptation.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance models for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms for next-generation NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
