Responsibilities
- Manage nightly financial reconciliation including posting charges, processing payments, and generating end-of-day reports
- Address guest inquiries and emergencies with calm professionalism during overnight hours
- Oversee front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Prepare daily financial summaries for management review
- Execute opening/closing procedures for all systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
