Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and private residences using industry-standard techniques
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor scrubbers, carpet extractors) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle delicate fabrics and high-value furnishings with specialized care
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM)
- Strong attention to detail with impeccable organizational skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and chemical handling protocols
- Must pass background check and drug screening
