Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily accounts, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Oversee security protocols and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare for next-day operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Strong proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
