Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals/early departures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Prepare daily financial reports and audit trail documentation
- Coordinate with day staff for seamless transition of operations
- Maintain accurate logs for maintenance requests and incident reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
