Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle billing discrepancies
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and generate reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Manage cash handling and safe operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- New York State hospitality certification preferred
