Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts with efficiency and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Prepare accurate deposit reports and ensure cash handling compliance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Update guest profiles and reservation systems in real-time
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or PMS reservation systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
