Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Manage cash handling procedures and balance nightly transactions accurately
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless overnight operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare end-of-day reports and manage reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
