Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions and reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily summaries for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel or night shift experience required
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
