Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional customer service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to luxury standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold all health and safety protocols per brand standards
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing skill development
- Support special events and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required - we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
