Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-arriving/early-departing guests
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with discretion
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Prepare daily management reports and financial summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
