Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas following strict sanitation protocols
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities to premium standards
- Deep clean restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces with EPA-approved disinfectants
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages promptly
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency with commercial cleaning equipment
- Basic English communication skills
