Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts, credit card transactions, and cash handling
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with exceptional service
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies after hours
- Generate daily reports for management and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial details
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
