Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting for all hotel departments
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and coordinate with overnight security team
- Prepare daily financial reports and audit documentation for management
- Train and support overnight staff on standard operating procedures
- Handle emergency situations calmly and per hotel protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Strong accounting background with attention to financial accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
