Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage late-night guest check-ins and check-outs with exceptional service
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Generate morning reports for management team review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong proficiency in accounting and financial reconciliation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
