Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and window washing
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury brand standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to engineering team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments for seamless operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Must pass background check and drug screening
