Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle billing inquiries
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate end-of-night reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest issues promptly with exceptional service
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
