Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliations and generate accurate daily reports
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours with efficiency and warmth
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Prepare hotel for next-day operations including breakfast setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans tourism attractions
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
