Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions
- Conduct nightly audits of financial records and guest folios
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain security protocols and monitor CCTV systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Prepare shift reports and manage daily documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
