Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-night arrivals and departures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and access control for the property
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for urgent requests
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Prepare nightly reports and manage wake-up call services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (for valet parking duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
