Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services for overnight guests
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Prepare end-of-night reports and maintain lobby appearance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with hotel software

- Availability to work flexible nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
