Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 24-hour front desk service including check-ins/check-outs, reservations management, and guest inquiries
- Oversee property security protocols during overnight operations, including surveillance monitoring and access control
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and daily reconciliation with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques and proactive problem-solving
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information following HIPAA and hotel standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute emergency response procedures for incidents, medical situations, or severe weather
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for night shifts
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong attention to detail with financial reconciliation accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
