Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet premium standards
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Manage linen inventory and laundry processing procedures
- Complete detailed inspection checklists before guest arrivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (for supply transport)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
