Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms to 5-star standards
- Restock amenities and supplies efficiently
- Manage linen inventory and laundry operations
- Address guest requests promptly during night hours
- Report maintenance issues to engineering team
- Maintain security protocols during overnight shift
- Collaborate with night audit team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency required
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
