In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the front desk during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and comfort.

Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, verifying identification and collecting payment information.
- Manage the hotel's telephone system and email correspondence, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Perform nightly security audits and lock-up procedures to ensure the safety of the property.
- Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area throughout the night.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate department immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
