Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to established quality standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with crisp linens and hotel-quality detailing.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors to a spotless finish.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Damage Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Security: Ensure guest privacy and report any suspicious activity to the security team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is clean and every surface is spotless.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to understand and follow instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
