As the face of our hotel, you will ensure our guests have a seamless check-in and check-out experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Monitor the security of the property, including fire safety and access control systems during night hours.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage the front desk console, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and balance the shift register.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby space.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and concierge services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
