Responsibilities
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing the house report and preparing daily financial summaries.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to maintain the safety of the property and guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle wake-up calls and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or housekeeping coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
