Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and handle payment processing accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
- Complete end-of-day shift reports and reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train you!
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
