Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including efficient check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving guests.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Monitor the property's security systems and conduct regular safety patrols to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating complex matters to the management team when necessary.

Qualifications
