Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol common areas to ensure guest safety.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and balance daily deposits accurately.
- Respond to guest requests, including room service orders and wake-up calls.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage (up to 25 lbs).
