Responsibilities

  • Greeting & Orientation: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide a comprehensive orientation of hotel amenities and local area attractions.
  • Guest Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, answering questions regarding services, dining, transportation, and special requests with a focus on personalized service.
  • Operations Support: Assist with concierge services, manage room assignments, and coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and high standards.

Qualifications
