Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our 24/7 support system
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform nightly audits and prepare morning reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
