Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular property patrols
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Perform night audit procedures and manage cash transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent needs
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in property management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
