Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to financial protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management software (e.g., Opera) for room assignments and inventory tracking
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
