Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight operations, including check-ins/check-outs and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform routine room inspections and report maintenance issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
