Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Deliver personalized service to international guests, including multilingual support
- Execute nightly audits and financial reconciliation procedures
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, StayNTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record (if required for errands)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions and documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and transportation networks
