Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and professionalism
- Manage reservations and address guest inquiries 24/7
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare shift reports and manage nightly operations
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for property errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
