Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk coverage with seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues during overnight hours
- Monitor property security and safety protocols throughout the shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for property duties)
