Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using our proprietary PMS system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Conduct regular security patrols of hotel premises and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
