Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel premises are safe and secure
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless overnight operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas for daytime operations
- Act as first point of contact for emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
