Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest arrivals and check-outs efficiently using the property management system (PMS) during the night hours.
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular security rounds of the hotel premises, parking garage, and common areas to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform nightly cash handling duties, reconcile credit card transactions, and complete accurate daily reports.
- Guest Relations: Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, addressing guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Keycard Management: Secure all guest rooms and public spaces nightly using digital keypads and manage room status updates.
- Mail & Messages: Sort and distribute mail, packages, and messages for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or front desk experience is highly preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to handle cash, process transactions accurately, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
