Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exacting standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Remove trash and recyclables, ensuring waste disposal protocols are followed.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to management immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the uniform code at all times.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
