Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk support including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain hotel security and monitor surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate reservation systems accurately
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Prepare shift reports and document guest feedback
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for airport shuttle duties
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
