Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in late-arriving guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Conduct nightly audits of daily hotel revenues and guest accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests during the overnight shift.
- Perform routine security walks and monitor the hotel premises to ensure guest safety.
- Prepare morning shift reports and handle cash drawer reconciliation.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and manage overnight reservations.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary—we provide full paid training!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management software.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must for night shift coverage.
