Responsibilities
- Perform front desk check-ins and check-outs for arriving and departing guests.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily financial logs.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages efficiently.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties in common areas and guest rooms as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
